BEFORE ORDERING PUBLICATION WITH US:

You must petition to change your name by filling out a Name Change Form, receive an order to show the reason for the name change and obtain a decree to legally change your name. Write Beverly Hills Weekly Newspaper in the 3a. field of the form.

TO ORDER PUBLICATION WITH US:

1. Please send us the NC -120 form (Order to Show Cause)

   1. You can do so by uploading your form into this website by clicking the tab at the top of the page titled: "Publish Now!" and then clicking the button titled: "Select Files."

   2. After you've uploaded your document please fill in the blank sections and select: "Submit." 

   3. You'll then be taken to a page to make your payment for the service. Once that's completed your order will be sent to us. 

2. We will publish your new name in the Beverly Hills Weekly newspaper for 4 consecutive weeks.

3. A Proof of Publication will be emailed to you.

4. We will mail a copy of your Proof of Publication to the Court Clerk so they can file it prior to your hearing date. 

5. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Due to the unreliability of the mail, we highly suggest that you also do the following: 

   1. Visit the court clerk prior to your hearing to make sure they have received and filed your proof of publication in their records. ​

   2. Take a copy of the Proof of Publication that we email you with you when you go, so you have an additional printout as backup. 

   3. As a worst case scenario, in case all else fails, you can show the Proof of Publication to the judge if need be.
